Unable to export to MOV (-2010)

Does anyone have an idea of what this error message means:

"Unable to export to MOV (-2010)"

Hi Barry,

"-2010" is the error code we received from Quicktime while trying to convert our temporary AVI to a MOV. I looked it up and all I got was that, for some reason, quicktime doesn't like the file we're sending it.

My only suggestion at the moment would be to make sure you have the latest version of Quicktime installed. Other than that, this would be better handled by our support department. You can create an account and submit a ticket here:

I just wanted to add that after you update QuickTime you may want to reboot your computer, even if the installer doesn't prompt you. I had a different QuickTime problem that was only resolved after I restarted.
