Anurag,

I would visit here: https://support.techsmith.com/hc/en-us and submit a free Support Ticket. Could be I'm still waking up, but I don't recall a codec to install from the TechSmith website.

So, none of your videos will load?
What version of Camtasia is that?

It could be that the recovered file is corrupt, bad.

If doing a repair install or re-install doesn't fix the issues when you do recordings than it is possibly something deeper and support (as stated above by Joe) may be the route you will need to take.

I love to say yes. The odds are not in your favor.
If I had to bet the farm, I would bet the files are toast. I don't recall anyone recovering corrupted files with any degree of great success.
There are file recovery programs out there that manage to salvage files that played well originally.
But even then, these programs are few and far between. They don't work very well. Corrupt digital media is millions to billions of bits of scrambled data.
You'll have to excuse my pessimistic outlook. {:>(
