Update and new issue

I just updated 9.0.1 and note this problem:  When I try to doubleclick a video or capture file in the media bin, no Preview window appears and the same problem if you right mouse the media and select Preview.

While on the subject, I noticed before, unless I am not doing it right, that you cannot grab an in and out to the timeline from that preview window?  That would seem to be a needed feature.

On a happy note, the highlighter annotation now accepts the fade transition!  Yay.

Lastly, I would like others to weigh in on this too:  Why not just allow drag and dropping media from the OS?  I think it is frustrating to have to import all the time.  I also find it difficult to not be able to point CS to a folder in root mode to use for the media.  In other words if I am putting lots of files in a folder from other programs or places it would be nice for CS to see them rather than have to import...

All:  I can now drag and drop normally in Windows 10.  The problem was I had set , in the properties, for CS to "run as administrator."  That mode cannot drag and drop.  This is an OS problem.  The REASON I was running as admin was due to tons of crashing when I first got CS9 which now seems fine and unrelated to this D&D issue...  JK

I cannot do that.  Perhaps I need to turn something on or start a ticket with tech support?

I'd just do a ticket
