Update slides in a video created using the PowerPoint add in?

Is there a way to change the slides in a video created using the PowerPoint add in? I have a great presentation branded for one client, and I just need to update the slides with new branding for another client, but would prefer not to have to re-record the audio.

Hi there

In Camtasia, you are able to right-click the clip and separate the audio from the video. Perhaps you could re-record after you swap the slides in PPT and just repurpose the previous audio clip?

Cheers... Rick :)

Hello - For projects like that I usually save the PPT slides as PNG stills and then drag them out to match the narration. Then if a screen (or details) changes, I can pop in the new version and make it match length without too much trouble. If you rely on PPT animations, you might cut the obsolete part out and drop new content in as a slide or record a new PPT segment as video and cut it to fit. You can use PPT's animation and transitions but also consider the effects built-into Camtasia as well.

Thanks! I will plan on doing this in the future. Unfortunately, the first video has already been created using the add in.

If you still have that PowerPoint, you can still select to output it as slides. Just a thought.
