Just installed your update for SnagIt (Mac) on my Retina MacBookPro - great job, guys, works a treat. I was feeling lost without it....

Discovered possible bug on Snagit for Mac 2.1.1 on Macbook Pro Retina as the ability to capture the cursor/pointer seems to be disabled, even if you check or uncheck the box within preferences. Can somebody else replicate this issue on a MacBook Pro Retina?

This is a great conversation that's separate from the main topic, so I created a new topic to continue the discussion. Please reference the new topic here: Can't capture cursor

I just installed the retina-ready trial. It works, but the screenshots are double the size. I think we need an option to either auto scale higher-rez (retina) screenshots to correct dimensions or something. It's crazy right now. If you take a screenshot, it doubles in size - did you guys test this?

I would also like to put in a vote to auto-scale the captured image to the correct size. It has created extra steps in my documentation workflow because I now need to scale each image myself.

Agree with three of the four comments above... am not seeing 2.1.1 in the Mac App store... am capturing on my retina and then the Snag-it window is on a 2nd monitor and so is coming out 2x size. I have to scale it down 50% to have it be "Normal". Look forward to a fix for that. Thanks!
