Upgraded w/9.1.1. now recorder doesn't work. Response is: Action only valid for products currently installed.How do I get recorder working?

I just upgraded my Camtasia 9 with the free 9.1.1 upgrade and now my Camtasia Recorder does not work. When I click on it, I get the response: "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed." How do I get the recorder working again?
