Upload Camtasia files to Sharepoint (Camtasia 2018 or 2019)

Hello Camtasia community, I have been using Camtasia 8 for years now creating videos and then uploading the production folder to Sharepoint 2010 without issue (linking to the .html file).

However, I am unable to upload the same folder of files using Camtasia 2018 or Camtasia 2019.  When I try to open the HTML file in Internet Explorer, it just spins and spins and never loads.  If I try to open the HTML in Chrome, the video will play, but if I try to scroll to another part of the video or click on a chapter in the table of contents, it just goes back to the beginning of the video.

That means we are stuck using Camtasia 8 for this use case.  I tried renaming the file to .aspx as suggested in the forum, but no luck.  Anyone have any suggestions uploading a production folder in Camtasia 2018 or 2019 into Sharepoint?  Thank you!

Camtasia 8 is no longer supported,
However, Camtasia 2019 and 18 is. Perhaps tech support can sort this out for you.

I'm surprised you got it to work in version 8 as SharePoint will only run it if it is an ASPX file.  I always had to copy the html file and the .player file, change their file extensions to .aspx , then open the .player file in wordpad and change the extension in the hyperlink to aspx to point to the new file.  Remember to use the new aspx file as the link (or remove the .html files to be safe).  There are numerous more in depth explanations listed in this forum.  I haven't tried it in 2019 but I always had to do this in Camtasia 8
