Upload problems

It is not possible to get my videos directly into my Library (Jing). I only find my videos in the Jing History. To get it into screencast.com I have to save it on my PC and then load it up in screencast.

Hi Moliv,

When you create a video/picture capture in Jing, there should be an option menu in the bottom left hand corner. On the far left is three Screencast arrows and the caption "Share via Screencast" and next to it is the save to PC option.   Are you saying that Share to Screencast option is not available?

I have all the buttons and when i use the share button, the upload window shows up. And it confirm the items beeing uploaded to screencast. But when i go to my accont to seach for the items they are not there. I only find them in the jing history.

It's possible that a button can be deleted. This tutorial shows you how to customize (or re-add) a missing button.
