Hmm, this error sound vaguely familiar, but I can't put my finger on it.
Can you open a ticket with support at: http://techsmith.custhelp.com/app/uti...
I am confident one of our support team members can assist you. In the meantime, are you able to save the file, and then manually upload it to Screencast.com as shown here? http://www.screencast.com/help/tutori...

Dear Mike,
I cannot share a video at all. I was able to do that yesterday and a few hours ago. I have an error message: API error when calling Screencast.Upload.BeginUpload. Error - No suitable storage location found for this file.
>>> In the meantime, are you able to save the file,
>>> and then manually upload it to Screencast.com
Just for your information, I have already tried that before, but in vain; nothing appears in my files.
Many thanks in advance for letting me know how to resolve that.
Yasmin

some of the video formats dost not support to relevant upload programs, i suggest you to convert your video in some other format and then try again to upload that file.

What an old message! If I remember correctly, I believe this was a temporary problem from the TechSmith server, and it was solved by itself after a while. Thanks anyhow!

What are you responding to Abilene? The last item in this que came from me over 2 MONTHS ago.
Are you just NOW responding to that inquiry?
If so, what kind of response is that to my query? I asked you to please put the video formats that TechSmith can't read into ENGLISH as the response from ZALTA999 was written in a language that I can't read.
And you simply say that some video formats don't get uploaded??
Really????
How does THAT answer my question (request) that you put those video formats into English?????
Is this the kind of "support" we can expect from TechSmith?
Nonsensical replies that take 2 MONTHS or more to be posted???
This is UNACCEPTABLE.

Hi Larry,
The primary focus of this forum is for users to assist each other with issues steaming from the use of TechSmith Products. That's what I believe she was trying to do, and she has no affiliation with Techsmith. It's also a forum for users the world around to use, and sometimes, english isn't their primary language.
I assume you opened a ticket with support at support.techsmith.com, as was suggested in the first post? If so, I can take a look at it and see what the progress is, as it doesn't seem this issue has been resolved for you.
