Hi, I have problems (Rendering and) producing/upload...

It takes about 10-15 min of rendering, then MOST OF THE time Camtasia 8 will not upload. After a few attempts I am probably lucky and get the rendered file uploaded at last... This must be an error!! Because every time the upload prosess does not start, I have to Render again (10-15 min) and the again if the upload fails... I have an account at Screencast. Please, it drives me crazy. 64bit windows 7 Ultimate.

custom produce to a convenient folder; then upload using the Screencast.com desktop uploader

when a share-to-screencast upload fails, the produced MP4 should be in a sub folder in my documents/camtasia studio; you should not have to render again

the desktop uploader seems bullet proof; I too see a lot of up-load-to-screencast transfer failures

there are many issues and features that are NOT automatic in the desktop uploader

The other thing to try Tommy is make sure you are using the latest version of Camtasia Studio. The current version is 8.0.3. We did make some improvements to this process in a maintenance release. You can check for updates in the Help Menu.

Thanks,

Shane, I often get upload failures with 8.0.3; but desktop uploader always works; however, Screencast.com outcome [embedding?] is different
