In the Camtasia editor, in the properties panel is a field labeled Z Rotation. Type 180 into that field.

Oops, just noticed you are on Camtasia 7. In that case, you likely need to click the right dot in the center of the video and drag to rotate that way.

Unfortunately, I don't remember Camtasia 7 having the ability to rotate  videos.
You can rotate callouts. Not the video.

That capability didn't come along until Camtasia 8.

19 June, 2012: Camtasia Studio v8.0.0

  • Added the TSC 2 video codec for the ability to record larger dimensions and more graphical content with higher frame rates
  • Added the ability to have unlimited multimedia tracks on the timeline, enabling the ability to layer multiple different types of media including videos, graphics, images and more on top of each other
  • Added the ability to group and ungroup items on the timeline
  • Added the ability to move (animate) any type of media on the timeline over time
  • Added the ability to set the background canvas color from the Editing Dimen-sions dialog
  • Added the ability to modify the visual properties of media on the timeline
  • Added the ability to rotate any media along the X, Y, or Z axis, and to animate the rotation over time
  • Added the ability to resize any media and to animate the change in size over time

I fired up Camtasia 7 on my windows 10 computer. I couldn't rotate the main video.
I attempted to add media to the PIP track. See if rotation was possible.

Camtasia 7 is so glitchey on Win. 10.
I can't place anything in the PIP track. The main video and canvas both go black.

So that's my only suggestion, see if the video will rotate as a PIP video.

Good luck, Regards,Joe

So it appears it's impossible to achieve on Camtasia 7.

Sorry about that. I'd be happy to rotate it for you if you want. Just use something like WeTransfer.com and send me the video if you want. My email is rickstone1975 (at) gmail (dot) com.
