Using Camtasia to screen capture Pro Tools

I am trying to create screen capture videos while operating Pro Tools. My gear is as follows;

MacBook Pro running OSX 10.11.4
Camtasia 3.0.4
Pro Tools 12.4
Universal Audio Apollo Twin Duo

I have my microphone plugged into my UA interface. If I have Pro Tools using the same UA interface as it's playback engine, then simply choosing my UA interface as my mic input from Camtasia will allow me to record both my microphone, and what's coming out in Pro Tools, but what comes from Pro Tools is in MONO.
If I set Pro Tools to use my built-in output as it's playback engine, then I can set Camtasia to record the mic from the UA interface, and capture system audio separately. This captures both, and the system output is in stereo, but it contains tons of clicks and pops. I have been researching through the forums for answers, with no luck. I read that Camtasia records at 48khz, so I tried changing my Pro Tools to operate at 48khz, but still got the same clicks and pops. I have also added my UA i/o to the Pro Tools Aggregate I/O in the Audio MIDI Setup, and choosing it as my mic input, which works fine for the mic, but no output of Pro Tools. Then when I capture Pro Tools as system audio, I get the same clicks/pops.
