I have been using version 9 for a long time and would like to continue using it. I just have no reason at all to upgrade when what I have is perfect for what I do. Is there a way to make this work?

Hi there

Your question needs some clarifying. One might surmise that it presently doesn't work. But more information is needed.

For example:
What operating system are you using? Windows? Mac? Linux? Raspberry Pi? Raspbian?
What version of the operating system are you using?
If it's failing, how does it fail? Does it simply not start? Does it start but not allow you to capture anything? Does it allow you to capture, but fail in other ways?

So many questions here... Rick :)

Windows 10
It does not fail exactly ... I installed the application on a different computer, entered the reg key and it fails to register.
The application installs and only works if I have snagit on my screen and I press the button in the lower right hand corner .. what isn't working is just pressing the print screen button.

Adding to what @Rick said - If you have been "using version 9 for a long time and would like to continue using it" ... What’s stopping you LOL!

Just keep using it and as you said "perfect for what I do".

OR give us details of WHY you can no longer use it as @Rick said.

I used version 9 for many years with little issues until windows stopped supporting the operation program I was using. I like you decided to used it on the next version of windows and found it had too many glitches for me to rely on it. so I spent the $45.00 and upgraded to the current version at that time.
