Using Snagit on a password protected webpage?

I'm using Snagit 4.1.2. I need to capture entire scrolling webpage shots from Zeplin. Our Zeplin site requires password login--of course I'm an authorized user attempting to perform authorized work.
When I enter the Page URL into the Snagit field, it cheerfully goes to work and captures the Zeplin returning user login screen.
So very, very not useful...Help?  Is there a way to make this work?
Thanks!

Hi,

If you log into a protected website in your browser and then start a region capture, you should get some yellow arrow buttons.

These will allow you to take a scrolling capture of that whole web page. If you don't see the yellow arrows, make sure Snagit has accessibility access.

Let us know if you have any questions about this process.

Hi - I am running into the same issue. I'm trying to take full-page scrolling screen grabs of an intranet site that's behind a login. I did all the steps above, but I'm not getting the yellow arrow buttons when I do a region capture. I've tried multiple browsers, and I'm using Snagit version 3.3.7. Any idea what's going on?

Hi,

Is that just true on the protected site, or do you not get arrows on any site? If it's the latter, then you'll need to give Snagit and SnagitHelper accessibility permissions. https://support.techsmith.com/hc/en-us/articles/203732578-Snagit-Mac-Enable-Scrolling-Capture-on-OSX
