Using these settings:

snagVideo.Input = snagVideoInput.sviRegion;                        snagVideo.InputRegionOptions.SelectionMethod = snagRegionSelectionMethod.srsmFixed;

snagVideo.InputRegionOptions.UseStartPosition = true;
snagVideo.InputRegionOptions.StartX = xStart; // for example -3566
snagVideo.InputRegionOptions.StartY = yStart; // for example -196
snagVideo.InputRegionOptions.Width = xWidth; // for example 2950
snagVideo.InputRegionOptions.Height = yHeight; // for example 729

Throws a "serrNone" error and does not record the screens, in this example, I am setting the recording of two applications one on each screen, so the width goes a cross both screens.

This is my setting:
Notebook with two monitors attached, both monitors are to the Left of the notebook screen (that may explain the negative values for X and Y).
