By purchasing the Camtasia product I'd like to use it to convert power point presentations into videos then send them to others may or may not have Camtasia software. How do I change the format to match WMV or MPEG or SWF?

Hello Christopher,

This video will present you with the most common and straightforward options. To over generalize though, if you produce your video as an MP4 using Camtasia 8, it will play on just about anything. Your viewers won't need Camtasia, and they can watch it on a Mac, PC, virtually any browser, or even on an iPad or iPhone.
