Thanks for the prompt reply and sharing your experience,
It will be the only way-in-sight, in case the below thing what we are looking for is not possible in version 8.4.1.

But what i was talking about, were NOT 'leading spaces' (point-1 in below picture), but were actually the 'INDENTS' (point-2 below),

i was ABLE TO INSERT THE INDENTS using left-right keyboard keys, but Not getting the COLLAPSIBLE items in PRODUCED TOC (LIKE, point-4) ,
this collapsible item PICTURE (in point-4) was taken from a Camtasia tutorial ONLY (link -> http://www.techsmith.com/tutorial-camtasia-use-markers-to-create-toc.html )

TOC with collapsible items is the most important thing for our requirements.

Please advise -> whether i'm understanding it wrong and (7. Chichen Itza) in point-4 is actually NOT a Collapsible item in TOC
OR (7. Chichen Itza) in point-4 IS a collapsible item in TOC but we were able to get it in Version 7 (please share that version number) but NOT in version 8.4.1

Hi there,

Thanks for providing all of that detailed information. This may not be the outcome you were hoping for, but you're definitely not misunderstanding. Your second guess was right on.

The collapsible sub-topics were part of the Flash-based TOC templates featured in Camtasia Studio version 7. Unfortunately, those have since been removed as we chose to move away from Flash with the release of version 8.

All that said, I can certainly understand why you'd find the collapsible TOC functionality useful. If it's something you'd like considered for a future release, I'd encourage you to submit a feature request.

Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Thanks,
Leanne

space-like indents and collapse are not supported in CS8; I believe they were supported in earlier versions [CS6 using classic controller; can't remember re CS7]
