Very low audio on some videos in Camtasia 7

Si far, I have made and produced three video tutorials. I have produced them as MP4s. However, I'm having trouble with a very low volume on two of the three. So far as I know, I did nothing during recording or producing that would cause the audio of two videos to be just above a whisper while the volume on the third is just fine. All three were created with the same microphone in the same location. Is there a Camtasia setting that would cause a video to have very low volume? Can I fix it now after the fact and produce it again? I learned about this problem while trying to play all the videos fro library patrons. Not good. Any suggestions? I know it's not my laptop. This is specific to Camtasia-produced videos. Thanks for any suggestions.

I edited audio and clicked "Volume up" several time and that seems to have helped some, but I would still like it louder than it is with full volume in VLC or Windows Media Player.
