Very slow rendering

Hello. I was planning to upgrade the version 8 to 9. The main reason - a very slow video rendering. The problem - a CPU is loaded on 7-10%. I tried the demo version 9. But the same result: slow video rendering, CPU is loaded on 7-10%.

Microsoft Windows 10 Pro х64
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
16 Gb DDR3
Asus PCI-Ex GeForce GTX 650 Ti Boost DC II 2048MB GDDR5 (192bit) (980/6008) (GTX650TIB-DC2-2GD5)

I tried one and the same project. Mp4, video, sound, pictures, watermark, effects.

I have too bad a computer? What should I do to rendering video faster? Thanks in advance for your reply.

P.S. My notebook 6-7 years. But there is a program works the same way.

It appears that your computer at least from what I can see on the specs should be alright. Can you give more information on the length of your recordings and what you are recording, settings, etc.

If need be you may want to consider contacting TechSmith Support from the information below and it is a free service to see if they can help you figure this out. I can also say that longer videos can take more time to render/produce than shorter ones but it should not be affecting you with those system specs. How big is your hard drive and do you have enough space or are you getting any error messages ? Thanks for posting and sorry for the inconvenience. Let us know what you do find out if you contact Support and what your solution was for other users to see this who may have the same issue. Thank you.

"length of your rekordings" - 10 minutes 40 seconds.
"what you are recording" - this recording off the screen using the Camtasia Recorder, voice and 2 JPG pictures.
"settings" - I have not changed the default settings - MP4. But I tried my settings. The situation is the same.
"If need be you may want to consider contacting TechSmith Support" - I'm not sure that there is a need. In fact, I do not own a license for version 8. This question I asked from my friend. He has a very bad with English and the Internet.
"How big is your hard drive" - 465 Gb, 272 Gb - free. Video is rendering on Western Digital WD Caviar Black (wd5001aals-00l3b2). The program installed on OCZ Vertex 3 SATA III SSD.
"are you getting any error messages ?" - no.

I can not provide settings for version 9. Since my friend deleted it and went back to 8. But the settings similar to the 8th version. For the 9th version he used similar settings and not to changing the default settings. https://yadi.sk/d/nA2mRkT33DT3Yi

Hi Zarkon;

There could be a number of causes for slow production times, from conflicting hardware/software to certain editing habits. If you open a Support Ticket and put "Attention Robert" in the subject, I can go through and help you directly (where we can send logs and diagnostic files back and forth, privately). Once we determine the issue we can come back here to give a bit of summary of the issue, to possibly help others that might run into the issue.
