Video Capture and scrolling

Video capture and scrolling past visible screen.  Not user friendly at all.  I just don't get why video capture works sometimes and does not other times.  Scrolling used to work now I can't get it to work ever.   I don't get why they need to name video feature as being another product.  Too difficult to know what I have and don't have.  SnagIt should simply contain features such as screen capture, video capture, scroll capture - not more PRODUCTS like CAMTASIA.  The product should be SnagIt with Features.  Period.
