Video not working for me in Snagit 2019 on Win 10

Techsmith Snagit Version 2019 (Latest Version) Video does not work.  I frame the video up and then press the rectangular 'Start' button and it says 'Initializing'  but nothing happens.  I am also unable to use Snagit again without re-starting the desk top  computer which is running Microsoft Windows 10.  This is a very powerful computer.  Has anyone got some suggestions on how to get this working?

I can't get my snag it 12 to work so i have given up on all of this product so should you sorry to say.

Hi,

I would open tickets with our Tech Support team, they should be able to help you get video working again.

Luke I have been in contact with Technical Support and they are very slow at responding and have been unable to resolve the issue to date.  I contacted them yesterday with yet another report they requested but they have not got back to me as yet.  Yes! I do pay for support and I regret to say that I am not impressed with the service I have received to date.  My case number is #534415 and was first reported on Thursday 06 December 2018 at 12.56 AM.  I hope that you can now motivate your colleagues to get this issue sorted for me once and for all and without any further delay..

Hi Peter - I took a look at your support case. It looks like the agent last replied to you at 12:56pm yesterday, asking for a couple of files needed for diagnosing the issue. Did you receive that message?
