I have a project with a cam recorded video (audio+video) and every time I cut or use stitch the image of the video freezes (audio keeps ok). Then I have to pause and play to bring the video back to sync. This problem does not appears on final production. I have tried to shut down GPU, change video settings (i got a geForce MX150).

I had the same problem. Got worse when I added effects. Try transcoding your video files with Handbrake before you bring them into Camtasia. Camtasia appears to be incompatible with a lot of video formats, despite its being ... well ... a video editor.

What are your laptops specs?
I looked up the MX150's specs.
Nvidia is sharing precious few actual specs.
It's more of a generalization of features. Which suggests to me they are not proud of the numbers/performance.
Which makes me curious about the Lap Top itself. Is it a high performance machine.
The name and model # of it would give me some idea. If you can share that.
Actual specs would be better.
A low powered machine can get in your way, that's why I'm inquiring.
