Video only renders in 360p even when I set it to 1080p?

So I make 1080p videos and render in 1080p (either with or without smart player this still happens) and then upload to youtube and it comes out in 360p. a video I uploaded a week ago is 360p! Wtf do I do?? I even tried setting the canvas to 1080p

Hello TripleDmc;
When you play the MP4 file (that was produced out of Camtasia) before you upload it, is the video 1080p?

What are your project settings set to in Camtasia? Have you
opened a support ticket
to have them take a look at the project?

so when I click open ticket it takes me to a list of things but I cant open one.

In Camtasia Editor, Right-Click on the canvas and then click "Project Settings"
Click Images below to enlarge.
Set your video project size
Resize your video to fit new project canvas size if necessary.
