Video Replay Freezes After 8 Seconds

I've noticed this issued for the past few weeks. When I use video in SnagIt and shared to screencast that process works. However, when I use the screencast link to access the video it always stops at the 8 second mark. Meaning, if I record my screen with video longer than 8 seconds it just stops.

Here's an example:

I recorded that for 26 seconds, but the screen freezes at the 8 second mark and doesn't show anything that was recorded after that point.

Is there a setting I need to fix? Best way to contact me is via email,

If it were me. For now, I would produce the video with SnagIt and upload the video to screencast manually.

If that works I would contact support and see what they have to say about this.
