I originally asked a question about poor screen capture export output quality I received from Camtasia Studio, but I did not receive much help. I am now asking for help again, and I also have a few more details. Not only are my screen capture videos in poor quality, but anything else exported is, too! I was very annoyed by my screen capture export output quality, so I decided to do an experiment. I took a high quality photo from the internet and imported it into my clip bin in Camtasia Studio, dragged it onto my timeline, chose HD as my dimensions, and then I used the fullscreen preview button in Camtasia Studio to see how it looked. It was very good and clear, and looked exactly like the original image. I then proceeded to Export it as MP4 HD (I've also tried other formats and settings, but let's not get too complicated). When the export finished, I looked at my output. It was completely horrid, and nothing like the original photo or what I saw in the preview window of Camtasia Studio! I have a screenshot of the comparison. Am I doing something wrong? Are there problems on my computer that I need to address?
