Viewing Tracks and scroll bars

I have a situation where a title slide that shows for 5 seconds is being played at the same time as the main video. I wanted to see the different tracks and see if I could fix this. However, I can't figure out how to see all the tracks and I don't see a scroll bar of any type. I zoomed out the timeline several times. What do I have to do to be able to see all the tracks at once. Is there a way to see a scrollbar? I'm suing Camtasia 9.1.2 build 3011 and WIn10. This seems like it should be a rally basic thing that users need to do. Why is it so hard???? I looked at the Camtasia tutorials but didn't see anything that looked like it would answer this question and a web search didn't help me either. Thanks.

Also if you have a scroll wheel mouse,  with your mouse pointer hovering in the tracks area
you can scroll the tracks vertically with the mouse wheel.

If you hold the Shift key you can scroll the tracks horizontally with the mouse wheel.

Hold CTRL and scroll the wheel to zoom in/out of the tracks.

One other thing in case you don't already know. You can show more tracks overall by making the tracks area larger.
