Visual Affects of "fixed" objects

I am trying to create an effect where an object can be made to appear to be in a fixed location. Here is a short youtube clip of the effect I'm after.

How would one accomplish this in Camtasia? It seems like placing the object (text, image, etc.) on the canvas, then using a Scale Up Animation is a starting point, but I don't feel like I have the control I really need.

A similar, but slightly different technique is seen in this clip where they are drawing a property boundary as the video draws back from the site.

Thanks in advance for any help!

The effect relies on creating an anchor point on the underlying video, and then creating a complex path and "morph" for the anchored object. Not only does the object move with the anchor, it turns and changes shape over time as well. Camtasia does not currently have that capability up through release 2019.

If I wanted to do that now, I would use another tool like Adobe AE or Premiere. It's a dramatic visual effect and is probably worth the effort to learn to do in one of those tools.

Kayakman,

That is close, but I suspect Adobe Premiere will produce better results.

Thank you both, I appreciate your input.

really just curious, but,  if possible, could you be more specific re "better results"?  I might not understand what you're looking for
