Visual Effects Mask for Windows version

I would like you to add the Mask feature from the MAC version of Camtasia to the Windows version.  This makes it possible for me to place my picture-in-picture video when doing online tutorials into a circle instead of the standard square or rectangle - more professional looking and unique.

What is the reason this featture is omitted from Windows versions and included with MAC?

Grateful to you for your workaround.  While I agree with Joe Morgan that Camtasia ought to try to keep up with their competitors and provide this feature, I am "not" optimistic they'll ever provide this particular feature - and in fact, your workaround, if the asset is placed in the library as you suggest, is a pretty darn good solution and should not require a lot of excess time over and above a built-in feature.

I'm hoping that Feature Parity is achieved/completed very soon.

Until then, there seems to be only inefficient  workarounds.

I'm optimistic Parity is not far off.

Well see,

built-in features are good; but sometimes "workarounds" can be better

Built in functionality is usually best.
Unless your talking about well designed plug-ins. Which Camtasia doesn't support.

Workarounds are what they are, and unlikely to be time savers or efficient.

Based on the power of your computer.
A 1/2 hour HD webcam recording could take between 20+ minutes to an hour+ just to re-render it.
I'll leave it at that.

And cross my fingers with regards to Parity.
