VOICE NARRATION: Desparately need a pause option

When using Voice Narration it would be a LOT cleaner and easier to use if it had a PAUSE button.

Also, a great additional feature is the ability to just move the Timeline Marker back, erasing whatever you back up over, and then restarting.  That would make "oopsies" a lot cleaner to deal with!  I am definitely not a "one-take Jake" in this area!

Using Camtasia 9.

Thanks!

It has been my thought that the PAUSE button doesn't really solve the problem for live voice narrations -- you rarely (if ever) can press the pause button before you make a mistake.

Instead, what I do is merely pause my speaking, collect my thoughts, and carry on.

Then, when reviewing the recording, slice out the mistakes (first apply any audio processing on the whole clip, of course!)

Optionally, you could even clap your hands loudly during your vocal pause, making it easier to find the "mistake" segments.
