I did not have time yet to render a video with Camtasia 9, but I am a Youtuber with a Channel of 2.500.000 million views and 12250 subscribers. I use Camtasia in the 90% of my videos uploaded to YouTube. Before asking for your money back, I would recommend you to understand how to configure well your rendering options, because you can produce a horrible video with the higest compression settings or a very nice one with the less compression settings. Understanding this process is not easy, probably Techsmith people could help you. Actually I did not have time to create videotutorial to easy the process. However, it would be interesting you share some screenshots about your configuration settings, instead asking for your money back.
Don't confuse my phrase, you have all the right to get your money back, but because I use Camtasia and I know you can produce amazing videos with it, you probably are missing something. Fixing the configuration settings, probably will produce an amazing video for YouTube.
