Want to capture a web page from a Browser screen using an action button, which launches Snagit.

We have a Browser-based Inspection application and would like to be able to add a "Capture" button to launch Snagit and capture the active screen as a PDF.  We do that programmatically now, but it is time consuming.  And, of course, we can do it manually now with Snagit, but would like to automate the process to make it easier for our Clients.

We see it working as follows:
  1. We add a "Capture" action button on our screen,
  2. On Click, Snagit is launched and scrolls to the bottom of the active screen and save the file as a PDF.
  3. The PDF file is saved in a predetermined location
We see this as being useful not only in our application, but in other markets such as Banking, where a Client wants to save a snapshot of the last three months Checking account or Visa transactions.

I'd be happy to set up a GoToMeeting to discuss and demonstrate the requirement.  I can be reached at (905) 886-4816 ext 211
