Warning on Video upload in Jing 14/15 times

I keep having problems with JIng when uploading videos. When I try to upload a video on example 25 MB. I get an Warning something went wrong - 14/15 times, and the sad thing is that it might even be 19/20 times.

I pay for the product and find the product unuseful if it can't upload a file to sharing.

I do no use Jing anymore but do have a screencast.com Account and sometimes have issues with uploading but here in the Country our Internet can be skippy/slow at times or slower out here.

Anyway the best advice I can suggest for this issue would be to contact TechSmith Support as they can help with this issue best. It is a Free Service and the information to contact them is posted below:
