Weird problem - Firefox and PrtnScrn hotkey

Windows 10 x64 latest bld
Firefox v50.1.0
SnagIt v11.3 (yes still the old one)

Global hotkey for all SnagIt profiles is PrintScreen

PrintScreen works fine on all matters, except...
when selecting Firefox browser.

No way to take a screenshot of Firefox, with PrntScrn that is.

There are a few options:

1. change the hotkey (e.g. alt-sh-prntscrn will work)
2. click in an area outside Firefox and then select Firefox  (region profile)
3. use an alternative tool (like FastStone), take a screenshot and then use SnagIt to capture the selected area from within FastStone (one can do some editing within SnagItEditor that way)
This is quite a workaround, but I use it sometimes
4. reboot, which is actually no real alternative, because after using SnagIt just once (1x) to capture Firefox, it will not work a 2nd time, i.e. a 2nd hit on PrintScreen does not work anymore.

This is only with Firefox and with PrtScrn. Another hotkey combination is no problem.

Note, once I change the hotkey to another hotkey combo then I can nót change it back to PrintScreen: SnagIt will report that that hotkey has already been taken.

So, in short:
-PrintScreen can be used for all stuff except Firefox (e.g. settings, or a screenshot of some site)
-Once I change printscreen to another hotkey or hotkey combo, changing back is not possible

Yes, I have seen threads about PrintScreen not working.
This issue is different though: it does work, except for 1 application...

Any ideas ??
