Using CAMTASAI 8.3 on WinXP/SP3. The program keeps crashing every few minutes making it impossible to use. I used lates version but after callin Tech.Supp the rep advised me to downgrade to the older version (8.3). It did not help.
Any suggestions ?

Yes - update your computer to a new operating system - and you just posted a request to a thread that is two years old and not relevant to your support issue. Since windows XP is not supported by Microsoft any longer, the vast majority of your audience would be incapable of helping with your issue.
