Snag 13. 01 has been a Disaster. Every time I open Snag it it DEFAULTS to the ARROW setting. I've never used the ARROW since I bought snag it many years ago. All I want is to be able to set my defaults to whatever I want when I open the program. I waste so much time clicking on icons than its actually worth. Of course I get the same old "canned" answers from tech smith... well, I'm tired of it. I'm not going to go into the other problems I have, obvious to tech smith its only me! I probably will never pay for another Upgrade when it comes along. I use this everyday for things I do. I always add my own text, but its such a waste of valuable time now... and it Pisses me off every time I use it. Is that the way its supposed to be???? The new Defaults that can't be changed by the user is TOTALLY Useless. I'm thinking there wasn't much to new innovation to justify and upgrade purchase from 12-13 and they decided on 13... and changed alot and now Its really useless to me and a total waste of time. I'm tired of starting to type something and then having to delete the arrow that comes up. Then going back to the font letter, clicking on it, and starting to type, then if I don't do something in the right box, well, back to the same ole shit. I'm not a new user, and used this daily for many many many years and its such a waste now. Tech Smith has no plans to remedy this. I guess if you're are a new user, then there isn't a problem for you... Tech Smith I've spent a few hundred dollars on your programs over the last 14 years, NO MORE. 13 will be my last.
