What does the "iTunes Explicit" setting do? I can't find any documentation on it.

I have embedded two videos on our website, but users of iOS cannot see them. I was hoping this setting might help.

Lisa,

When using Screencast to host content to be shared via iTunes this flag informs iTunes that the media contains explicit content (explicit language for example). It should be entirely unrelated to how the media is shown to iOS users.

What format is the content you are sharing? If it's a video, is it an MP4 or something different? Some formats, such as Flash video, do not play in all browsers.

Hi Paul,
Thanks for clearing that up--our videos are definitely not explicit, so I changed that to "No".
The problem seems to be with the Chrome browser on iOS.  They are mp4 files.
One of the videos is in the middle of this page: https://www.speedlinesolutions.com/restaurant_pos/quick_service

and the other is in the middle of this page: https://www.speedlinesolutions.com/features/delivery

Embed code for the first one:
<div class="embed-responsive embed-responsive-4by3" style="text-align: center;"><iframe allowfullscreen="" class="tscplayer_inline embeddedObject" frameborder="0" height="768" mozallowfullscreen="" name="tsc_player" scrolling="no" src="https://www.screencast.com/users/SpeedLinePOS/folders/Camtasia Studio/media/9918fb38-487d-451a-a58b-886ae09bc8c9/embed" style="overflow:hidden;" type="text/html" webkitallowfullscreen="" width="1024"></iframe></div>

thanks,
Lisa

Lisa,

We currently only support Safari for iOS users. It's possible this is why those users are experiencing problems, as you mentioned they are using Chrome. Could you try with Safari and see if that fixes the issue?
