I really do love Camtasia, it's an amazing software (and now I don't have to just be stuck with Movie Maker :D), but the one thing is ever since around 2014 I believe, they've been saying that they're planning to add 60 FPS exporting. I recently have been looking all over the internet and on these forums, and after reading a bunch of other posts on here, I eventually found a post saying that they've updated the status to unplanned and that they'd start work on it again this year. Now, why is it taking 4 years to implement 60 FPS exporting into Camtasia?! Even Movie Maker can export videos at 60 FPS! Why is it taking so long? I'm not trying to make TechSmith employees feel bad, it's just kind of disappointing. If someone can enlighten me on all this, then I'd be happy.

I feel your pain, WilyemAndK

I saw that David D at Camtasia posted an update, about a month ago, that they had changed the status of the 60FPS  development to Planned with Development having already begun.

Hopefully, they'll keep us updated on progress.
