What graphics card and CPU would be acceptable for Camtasia 9?

Howdy all, I was wondering if you had some hardware suggestions for me. The company I work for is upgrading to Windows 10 and my current graphics card, an AMD FirePro v4900, is not supported by Windows 10. I currently have 16 GB of RAM, 64 bit, and have an Intel Xeon CPU @ 2.80Ghz. So, here are my questions:
1. What kind of graphics card would you suggest I ask for? (I currently run 3 monitors and occasionally use Storyline and Camtasia simultaneously)
2. Do you believe I will need a CPU upgrade as well?
Thank you for your help.

Our system requirements doc is here:

If you follow the chain of links in there you can see the machine specs we used to test 4k videos (https://support.techsmith.com/hc/en-us/articles/226262508) and what our experiences were.

Because we use hardware acceleration for our canvas preview, there will be a direct correlation between how good your video card is and how good your preview performance is;  whether a particular card is good enough for your needs depends on what you're intending to do.

I'm not as expert in CPU comparisons as I'd like to be but after a little research it seems to me that a Xeon 2.8 is not as powerful as an i5 processor which is our minimum recommendation.
