I see that similar unsubscribe problems were referred to Get Satisfaction by Techsmith. THIS IS NOT HOW THINGS WORK. Since you have contracted with the GS people (who send me to to nowhere useful when I click unsubscribe) it is _your_ responsibility, not your customers', to follow up however needed. Your products are good, your understanding of customer relations is poor. Working with snagit is now giving me associational creeps.
