I have the most recent version of Snagit. In the previous version when I took a (region) screenshot, Snagit told me what size it was (when seleting resize). But in this version it just gives me my last-used dimensions. How do I get back the old funcionality?

Aren't the dimensions visible below the magnifier?

Yes, they are. But I often need to resize the clip once it has been captured.

In the previous version when I selected 'resize' it would give me the exact pixel dimensions of the image I wanted to resize. For instance, the pixel dimensions would be 117x225. So if I needed the clip to be 115x225 I knew what to adjust.

Now when I try to resize it, the resize tool says the dimension are 320x200. That is useless to me.

I get you. My resize tool on V11.1 does have the exact dimensions and not a default one. I can also see the same dimensions on the left bottom side of the editor.

You probably need to uninstall Snagit, reboot and install a fresh download. If that doesn't get it then I suggest you contact Technical Support and get their help. It does appear that there is something wrong with your install. Make sure that all software is turned off before you make the new install.
