I just installed Snagit v20.0.0 replacing v19 on my Win10 x64 desktop. What the heck is new or different? It is not obvious to me and I'd like to know and take advantage of the new stuff.

re video, your presenters energy is what I wish I had.  Great presentation.  I'm sure you will have one that drills down on the actual processes.

Was it done is Camtasia?

Is the video recording in Snagit 2020 quality upgraded to what Camtasia can produce?  I believe they are different.

Last question, can a template be multiple pages in length?  I have used another program that created the document on the run from screen captures.  Reduced errors and sped up creation time.

Thanks for the comments on the presentation! We often make our videos with Camtasia. As far as assistance on features, we do have tutorials that go into the detail on the top new features. You can find them on our website under Support > Tutorials > Snagit. Here: https://www.techsmith.com/tutorial-snagit.html

Regarding "Can a template be multiple pages in length?" -- The template feature is new and at this point in time the templates are single page. User feedback on the feature is always helpful!

Great video but for now the new "templates" is way down on my list of things to use.

Not exactly correct. There is a new Caption type in the mix, as well as some new outputs among the share options.
