Are you certain you are looking in the right location? That may seem to be an absurd question, but this is one thing that can bite the best of us.

Also, it's possible that you are simply basing your conclusion on the icon you are seeing. And that may be misleading. I note that your image does not list the file extension, so it's impossible to tell.

Cheers... Rick :)

Hi Karin!

If you right-click on one of those files and go to Properties, does it list as an MP4? I have a hunch that the issue is that MP4 files are associated with Camtasia which is why that is appearing in that fashion. If it is an MP4, please right-click on it, mouse over "Open With" then click on the "Choose an App" button and locate your preferred media player and check the box to always open, see: https://www.screencast.com/t/3q7AztOLe

Hi Karin;
Like Rick I would like to know what the exact steps you are taking to produce your content. You may also want to consider contacting Tech Support as they may be able to look into your diagnostic files to determine where the appropriate file is at, that or they may even be able to remotely log in and watch the steps you're taking to produce and share an edited project.

YES!! I found it now - for some reason the files produced were empty... but the I did it again and unchecked "sort in file" or similar - and so now I have it!
Deeply appreciate your help!! Thank you!

Can you tell us the exact steps you follow when "exporting"? Maybe something about that process will either trigger something on your end or ours as to what to consider.
