Hi,  When I clic mousebutton the cursor moves some 'centimeters' bottom-right. As soon I move the mouse it goes back to right position
This behahiour is present also after production in MP4
This behaviour started after replaced Win7 with installed Win10 (same HW).
I have updated videocard driver
The problem accours only recording in TREC format. With AVI no problem.

Any idea?

I've seen this happen when the resolution of the monitor you are recording from is set to a zoom level other than 100%.
Ensure the monitor is set to 100% "Zero zoom level"and try that.
Does that fix it?

#SOLVED

Hi Morgan,
I believe that you are talking about "DPI setting" or "Change the size of text, apps, and other items" (in Win10)
Also Techsmith support suggest to check this, and me too I supposed that this was the problem.

Well, DPI was altready at 100%
Just to try, I changed to 125% > restart Windows > WORKS!!!
Then I changed back to 100% > restart Windows > WORKS!!!

So the problem could be:
#1) Windows get messed with DIP setting. A change of this settings 'shaked' Windows restoring some internal mess...
#2) 90% of the times I "hybernate" PC rather than "switch-off". Maybe this is the cause of #1

Thank you

Paolo
