When I record video, the cursor very often disappears.
Please, tell me how to solve this problem?
I record video in Windows 7, 10, 8.1, XP. Everywhere the problem happens regularly.
Version of Camtasia 8.6.0.

Hi there

This used to happen to me on my older system. Fortunately it hasn't happened with my newer laptop.

Support worked with me and advised me to click Tools > Options on the recorder...

Then from the General tab, configure the recording type to AVI.

Once I did that, I had my mouse pointer back. I do believe however, this affects things like being able to hide the mouse during the editing process.

Cheers... Rick :)

Thanks for the advice, Rick! With beautiful pictures :)
I will bear in mind this solution to the problem.

I found another way. I will test it in a week and share it here.
Perhaps someone else will share their experience?
Thank you again, Eugene.
