I have no idea why but when I've finished recording, it's only showing a blank or black screen. The audio is completely fine, but I have no idea how to fix the record. Please help me. I paid a lot of money on this so it's unfair if it doesn't even work properly.
There is an official post somewhere here regarding this. It is most likely your security software. I know my Trusteer Rapport software blocks other software from capturing the screen (presents a blank screen), even built in software like the snipping tool. I had to make an exception in the software in order to get it to work.
If adding an exception to your antivirus does not address any future recordings (unfortunately you will be unable to fix the existing recording if it is all black) then I would strongly recommend you open a support ticket here.Note that if you put "Attention Robert" in the ticket it will be assigned directly to me and I can keep an eye out for the ticket.
