When the "Snagit" editor comes up after a screen capture, the "copy all" button doesn't act like a button.  I don't know if I've clicked, or maybe I don't need to because the images is already in the clipboard.

As I"m evaluating, this is one bit of confusion I keep tripping over.  Most of the rest of things I've been able to force to behave the way I want.

You are not dreaming.

That's how it is. No indication if it has been clicked.

There are other posts about this but yet nothing done to change it yet as of the lastest version.

To quote Bruce Hornsby "That's just the way it is, some things will never change"

In my version (2019) the area around the button turns gray as I hover over it but there is no indication that anything has happened when I click on it. Your image won't automatically be copied to the clipboard unless you have 'Copy to clipboard' turned on in capture preferences/presets.
