This post: https://feedback.techsmith.com/techsmith/topics/techsmiths-camtasia-studio-60-fps Was from 1 year, come on Camtasia developers, its the end of 2016, not 2014, Youtube supports 60 fps, Facebook supports video profile images. I'll have to go back to 8 because the .mov 60 fps, but 9 feels very nice and lovely (congrats to that).
I think getting 60 fps for your editor will make you a lot of money (because people leave if your editor doesn't support 60 fps, but Camtasia is very easy to use but can't have 60fps). So please, make your editor export 60 fps videos.
And you had to make Camtasia 9 without 60 fps, instead of updating 8 until you have 60fps support and make a big release like "Camtasia 9 now with 60 fps and a better UI!" geez sorry if I was too harsh, but this is a big problem, everything now supports 60 and more, step up Techsmith... you will get more if you have 60 fps.

But I want my videos to be 60fps, thats why youtube supports it, they didn't think "lets make 4k support but not 60fps!" come on,the full it costs 100 dollars, they have enough money to make 60fps support, they will get even more money if they do that (because camtasia is really nice to use and easy for non professional video makers)

Hi Manu;

While 60 FPS is still on the roadmap we do not have a release date at this time. Regarding 60 FPS and Camtasia Studio 8, I strongly urge you to read my response at a recent Camtasia Studio / 60 FPS Rendering thread as Camtasia did not put out 60 FPS content in the way that many people believe it did. As I mention in that thread, a way to help move along the process would be to understand how, in a traditional business setting how high framerate recording and editing can improve your recorded presentations, tutorials, and other video content (or to know whether the desire for high framerate support is more consumer-based in nature). Any input on how you would use 60 FPS content would be great.

I would use 60 fps for my gameplay videos, I have a youtube channel so I want my videos to be fluid with 60 fps, camtasia is awesome, but it really needs 60 fps support

I used Camtasia to my full extend in my 30 day trial. But...:
>60 FPS not supported.
>2017
Why bother buying it?
As soon as 60 FPS works in 4k I'm happy to spend my 180,00,-€ for you guys.
