I am using Snagit 12, and I have no way of upgrading or downgrading. How can I capture the screen at maximum frame rate? Having just 10 frames per second is too few for my purpose.

Hi there

From the main SnagIt capture interface, click File > Capture Preferences... then the Capture tab. I believe there is a setting there labeled "Video Quality".

Cheers... Rick :)

Highly upsetting that Snagit Still cannot capture in 60 fps. I have this tool in my office laptop and since they do not installing other editors, i have to use snagit editor... but the tool does not allow anyting above 30 fps and thats upsetting.

Any interactive dashboard recordig that happens, the vieo looks like its crookedly reccorded. Whats stopping you guys to atleast providing it in 60 fps directly in snagit ? Come on it's 2020 already!
