Hello i want to add a pixelleted visual transition in my video, it can be added only after clicking or activating the fx option.
I am in Camstasia Studio 8.6.0(Build 2079).How can i achieve that.
I am on Win7 x32bit and i believe it is achievable in v9 of Camstasia.
So any suggestion is welcomed.

 Okay @
kayakman had posted one reply to a similar question here:

But it isn't the same as using it on Camstasia 8, i believe the tool used in that video was ver 9.
It required a user to use a Annotation, somewhat like using a fx button in this video:

Using those feature before Blurring or Pixelating would have done the job, but its not so visible in
Camstasia 8. Is there a hot key to invoke fx or anything to do to achieve the effect.

Awaiting reply.

in CS8, using a pixelate callout along with animation keyframes overtop your video, will work like the example showed in the CS9 tutorial referenced above

a pixelate transition is not what was used in the tutorial

Thank you kayakman again, i made the video like you mentioned.
I used the callout feature but instead of pixelated transition, i used the blur and is working nicely. I made the video and the job is done. So now i can make fulltime videos. It wasn't so difficult, but i wonder why didn't the fx button show up, i do remember clearly using the fx in my previous video, but the job is done. Maybe i'll need a new hardware to run CS9.
