Where are the new "vector Stamps that maintain sharpness regardless of dimensions", in Snagit version 11.3?

I have upgraded to Snagit 11.3, but did not find any vector stamps. The stamps are still getting blurred when their size is increased.

Hi Peter,

With 11.3 we introduced the ability to use vector stamps as you mentioned, but unfortunately did not include the new stamp packs by default inside the product...we know this is pretty lame. We are working on including all of the vector stamps but in the meantime, you can download any stamps you're interested in here, but make sure you download the Mac versions of the stamps: http://www.techsmith.com/snagit-accessories-stamps.html

Again, this is a transitional issue, Snagit Mac has supported vector stamps for some time now, and with 11.3, we unified the format being used across platforms, so go ahead and download the mac versions of the stamps and they will work as expected in Snagit Windows.

Thanks and let me know if you have any questions!

Hi Jason, thanks for the reply. I've downloaded the Mac version of the Accents stamp set and installed it in my Snagit Windows version 11.3.0.107. I had to remove the legacy PNG files manually from the Accents folder. (Maybe the installer should do this).

Some of the Accents vector stamps now have a strange white border:

I don't want this white border - how can this be avoided?

Hi Peter,

The white border appears to be a part of this stamp, the idea of having a border is that regardless of the background color, you stamp content can pop out of the background. However, I can see how the white border might not be desirable.

Sorry for the trouble, if possible, you can still access the old PNG stamp if it does not have the border.

Thanks,

Jason
